Professional Biography

Okafor Victor Chinedu is a Software Engineer and technical strategist with over five years of hands-on engineering experience – building, and scaling production systems across some of Nigeria's most operationally demanding environments. With a B.Sc. in Human Anatomy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (Class of 2021), Victor brings an analytical rigour to his work that extends well beyond the codebase – informing how he architects systems, evaluates tradeoffs, and leads technical teams. He has served as Head of Technology at Rangers International Football Club, where he led the technical strategy for one of Nigeria's most recognised sporting institutions. There, he oversaw the development and deployment of digital infrastructure built to serve a large and active supporter base, gaining deep experience in high-availability systems and the realities of enterprise-scale technology delivery. Victor is currently Co-Founder and CTO of Apex Rock Limited, where he owns the full technical direction of the company's product portfolio. His most significant undertaking at Apex Rock has been co-architecting SchEase. As CTO, he leads the engineering team, sets the technical roadmap, and ensures that every product decision is grounded in sound architecture and built to scale. Victor's defining strength is his ability to hold both the detail and the direction simultaneously – hands-on enough to shape the architecture of a system, strategic enough to steer a team toward long-term technical sustainability.
